SHADOW:BX Is an intense HIIT class for the fitness purists. In this class you don’t hit anything, your active rest periods incorporate shadow boxing and footwork, and head and torso movement.
High energy interval training packed with dynamic movement to develop strength and power. The shadow boxing rounds will drill boxing fundamentals, footwork, punching technique and evasion techniques in the form of killer boxing combinations.

WHAT TO WEAR
It’s not a fashion show so don’t worry about what to wear but choose a lightweight t-shirt, tank top, or sweatshirt. You want to be able to move freely, so flexible bottoms that will allow full range of movement is great, like gym shorts, joggers, or leggings. You won’t want to much grip on your feet so avoid cross country running shoes, gym trainers are fine, boxing shoes are even better if you have them.
WHAT SHOULD I BRING?
You will definitely need a bottle of water to keep you hydrated.
Don’t worry about gloves and wraps we have got those here ready for you.
We are sure you’ll love it so remember your bank details, if you want to come again we can get you up and running straight away.

After your first class, you get a drink in BLEND. on us. One of our team will sit down with you, to answer any questions you may have. If you’d like to join our community we can get you set up and ready to go!

We are located in the heart of Lichfield City centre, in the City Arcade Bore Street.There are a number of short and long stay public car parks within the vicinity please see map for locations.
We believe in refuelling and re-energising after a hard workout. So don’t leave the studio until you’ve tried one of our unique smoothies. Your body is a machine and should be treated with care. So give it back some fuel and enjoy a taste sensation whilst you do. You have the option to pre-order your smoothie before class and have it ready and waiting for when you’re finished, it’s up to you.
